Open Coworking Membership
$95/month — 24/7 unlimited access to open coworking seating. Includes high speed WiFi, kitchen amenities including coffee, phone booth usage, surge protectors, secure lockers, conference room usage, and more.
Lite Access Membership
$55/month — Need occasional access? Our lite package usage is for up to 8 days per month — roughly twice a week, Mon-Fri, 8a-6p.

*Offer valid for new members only. We prorate for mid-month signups. There is never a setup fee. 14-day notice of cancellation required at the end of summer. But we do hope you enjoyed your time and will want to stick around. Ongoing package price rolls over on October 1, 2025 to $125 per month for 24/7 Open Coworking or $70 per month for Lite Access.
Terms and Conditions
This offer is good from June 2026 to September 2026. In this offer, the following monthly membership packages are part of this special: Open Coworking 24/7 and Lite Coworking. Your membership will include everything as expected, such as high speed internet, utilities, kitchen, coffee, water, phone booth, printer, security access based on your membership level, and conference room time based on your membership level. We want you to feel at home.
Capacity limits: We have a limit on Open Coworking seating. Once that limit is exhausted, we will not offer additional specials for Open Coworking. If we run into this as a problem, we might be doing something right and building a nice community.
The fine print: This offer does not include private office space, dedicated desks, additional conference time, podcast room rentals, mailing services or mail service add-ons, day passes, week passes or any other additional add-on services. This offer is not retro active for existing ETC Coworking members.
Upon start of your new membership, billing will be set up as follows:
* First month will be prorated from start date until the end of the month.
* Additional summer months: will follow our typical billing cycle. Invoices are generated on the 28th for the following month. Auto charge will follow 3 days later.
If you wish to upgrade your membership at the end of a billing cycle, let us know so that we can adjust things on our end. For example, after your first or second month, if you have an Open Coworking membership and wish to upgrade to a Dedicate Desk membership, please let us know.
If you have any questions or concerns on this, please ask.
We do know summer really does not end on October 1st, but it will mark the end of our special. We hope you enjoy the community and productivity at ETC Coworking and hope that you continue as a member much longer. But just in case it is not working out for you, we ask that you inform us within 7 days of the end this time period and that you are no longer interested. This is so we can update our invoice and billing system and not have you accidentally charged for additional time.
Additionally, if you wish to change your membership level, upgrade or downgrade, please let us know so that we can also make any appropriate adjustments, even if during the summer months.
